~An Ode to Love~..... a poem I hope you'll enjoy. :)?

Have you ever drank from its eternal waters?
Walked through deserts, but found its oasis
Have you seen its miracles in your soul
Witness pains disappear to far away places?

Have you allowed it to wash away sins and fears?
Known the forgiveness that comes from its strength
Seen its gentleness melt like the sun into the sea
Or observed its wisdom as close as arm’s length?

Have you ever drank from this purest fountain?
A gentle brook from a mountain high above
Have you ever bathed in its healing waters
The waters from the fountain of true Love?

Without IT to a colourless life you’re doomed
Will you not seek the light, there in Love’s womb?
Earthly demands, tormenting, there await respite
Envisioning fields of flowers bright in bloom

In loneliness, does Heaven truly exist?
Did IT not bring to existence Two, not One?
For nothing is as complete in loveliness
As one pure soul with Love another to have won





Answer :
One keep things at arm’s length.
Like trouble and mad dogs.
See where you are going though although love is not the universal panacea but compassion.

Love is a good thing to have in your life
I go a bit farther with where that love comes from...

God's love is the love that makes all worth while.

I really Love this.. i love your use of words, and I know not all poems have to rhyme ?, but in my opinion its nice when they do !!..
